"Demo" is not a description that will carry if they decide that what they agreed to demo is different than what you expected - no matter how many times you told them during the walk thru.

@Chris Kendricki bought an off market SF in December for 45k - fixing it up nowdid some of the demo and clean out myselfhoping for ARV between 135-160will refi at 75% to pull out 100-120will move on to next one

@Amelia McGee i would suggest to be around the job site often to learn what you like to do, what you can do to save money, and what you will hire out no matter what the cost or potential savings.Personally, I like to demo, but it’s so cheap and so much easier on my body to hire it out.
