I have been investing in raw land for years and always had an interest in farm land but unfortunately never pursued.

I thought I'd use this forum to get my raw, unadulterated thoughts out.

I'm looking for raw land and multi-units.  

The raw data is valuable if you understand how to utilize it ... a score by itself is almost meaningless ...

If they owe a lender, they may not be able to.My first one was 2 acres of raw land.

@JScott I've heard REI leaders here in Atlanta talk about cost of raw leads in the $100/lead range.

One was raw land in WA state, and the other a condo in CA.
