Finally got around to the pod, love that the audio book is being included with purchase in the first week!

I am going through many of the BP forum discussions, pod casts, I am currently reading J Scott's The Book on Flipping, and I went to my first local REIA meeting last month.

Instead of going to the movies or the bars, spend your time reading and listening to pod casts for free, and start running the numbers on places.

Did the owners attempt a hamp or harp loan mod?  

I use Pod Cup on my android phone -- works great.

Hi  @Syed-Shawn Azam, I've been buying non performing notes in our self directed IRA since 2012, doing a loan mod with the borrower and getting annualized ROI ranging from 16-35%.
