I would say I am strong in those 3 areas as they pertain to my job, but I have no doubt that managing contractors is a whole different animal than managing my well-mannered accounting team.

Listen to as man podcasts as possible that pertains to what you want to do.

I'm looking for info on specifics about book keeping, tax structure, or any other info pertaining to those things.

If you not too sure on how to do it just google title companies and call one up to see if you can get access to a title account (usually you have to tell them that any and all business you do pertaining to their industry will go through them).

There usually aren't any local customs or laws pertaining to this business, the transaction of an assignment is pretty simple.

There are always some who get off on tangent personal chit-chat that does not pertain to what the intent of the thread was for.

In your experience when purchasing a home regardless of an easment or any other situation pertaining to the home, is it recommends to do a title search within the surrounding home?  

I have been doing some research and have found that much of the specific laws pertain to the borough rather than just state requirements.

@Roman Bulgakov If you do not have a good handle on local landlord/tenant laws as it pertains to filling a rental in your area I would recommend either hiring an agent who specializes in filling rentals to do it for you and/or meeting with a local attorney who can breakdown for you the process you should be following.I know the laws pertaining to this subject here in CT are not rocket science to understand, but I see people everyday leaving themselves in vulnerable situations when filling rentals.
