These areas suffer from generational and chronic issues that are not easily if ever solved especially by guys like us.

I see listings all the time labeled as "New Construction: Under Roof" only to find out they were built in 1978 but they just had a new roof installed.

Are you aiming at appreciation due to the "path of progress" (which some may label as speculation)?

If you don't have the above info, maybe you can get an idea if this person is chronically late.

My friends that share my chronic health conditions won't consider becoming a landlord, I can understand not having the funding but the ones that are still working should seriously look into it.

Neighbor talked to advance disposal directly during garbage pick up but they wouldn't touch it since there was no label on dumpster.Im not pleased with property management part in this unfortunately I got alot of lip service.
