I am writing up multiple entrance and exit strategies on a property in Miami RIGHT NOW.

Side by side seems more like a townhouse than an apartment with separate private entrances.

As we've seen some pretty steep value increases in the Southern end of the city, I believe this newly developing Northeast side will be the next to follow over the coming years, but still currently offers a good entrance price point now.Let me know if I can be of any further assistance!

Where I'm from originally, this price tag ($315K), is the entrance price for a fixer upper home that will need extensive work after purchasing the asset.   

My home is an asset, it wasnt before, but with some creativity, I was able to create 1 rental unit with its own entrance on the other side of the house and about to create another unit. both those units will cover the mortgage. basically living in the entire house for free minus the monthly bills. all the while barely ever crossing paths with the renter.

It is a littler further and you have to go right into the main entrance to Disney, (so living here, I wouldn't want the traffic, but vacationers know theres not really a way around that).

He did the hallway , did not cover the kitchen entrance and more pieces of popcorn ceiling all over my furniture .

Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree have increased significantly in STRs and the infrastructure in Yucca Valley verse Joshua Tree is a lot better; however, there is the JT Park entrance through Joshua Tree.

You will be able to offer private entrance without disturbing your primary residence.  

It is away from all of the hustle, and you have the Cosby entrance to the National Park, which is quite private and quiet, as compared to say the Gatlinburg entrance which can feel like downtown Chicago.
