Not sure which ones I should start with, so I'm asking all of you brilliant men and women to make some suggestions.

You have the power to change your thoughts around this matter and empower yourself to find the inspiration you appear to have lost, which has not really gone anywhere, it is just struggling with this hidden feeling of guilt.Over the past 30 years or so I have met many individuals that should have been financially successful.

You can relocate him however he'll likely find his way back like 'Ol Yeller the dog.You're going to have to coax him out with cookies, women or whiskey. 

I'm all about no car payments but the women in my world won this round albeit temporarily.  2014 Magenta Camaro (wife's car) & 2014 Mustang (mine until my daughter finishes college in May) then she gets the car and the note that goes with it.

Sounds like in this case the women had no idea, so I don't think should be attacking them, but he has to be disturbed IMO.If we were to stop a life before conception, you never know what the future heirs of that life may do, they could be a mass murderer or they could be someone who saves your great-gandkids life from a burning house, saving your seed on this earth...no way to know.

In a totally unrelated, (yet at the same time in a totally related example), I've seen the IRS (and even Courts) permit women getting breast implants to treat them as a necessary part of their business activities (they were nightclub entertainers - i.e., strippers).
