In 2012 I bough a Ionic AIr Purifier off Amazon for $50, and it worked great for eliminating odors off clothes and such.

The tenant left multiple spots on the driveway where they spray painted home projects without a drop cloth, some spots are up to 3 feet long and turquoise in color.Also there used to be a drive thru gate to the back yard so you could back a trailer or RV in, they took that gate off and fenced across the opening.

Gotta love it when the tenant calls and demands a repair tonight because they have no clean clothes for the morning.

Well, she asked if we could put up a rod in that empty space, as she wanted clothing rods the entire length on both sides.This was before I knew better and I was amazed, but said I'd ask the owner, who was too nice (also learned not to ask him these things anymore lol).  

In times of a cash crunch not many want new clothes or shoes.

I stopped eating out, I quit cigarettes, I educated myself, I cancelled memberships I wasn't using or could go without, I stopped buying clothes that would eventually end up in a donation bin, and I stopped sitting on the couch when I wasn't at my W2. 

If the wetness is from your clothes/shoes then the problem is yours, caused by you. 

His family apparently came and got what they wanted but major stuff is left like clothes, couch, fridge ect.  

Tenant: "One of the other tenants stole my clothes out of the laundry room.

I try to donate clothes coats and shoes, sell decent furniture items so the buyer has to carry them away then bag up the rest and send it all to the dump.
