Just wondering if there are recommended US real estate books for Canadians to read.  

I will also start with setting up my Canadian LLC corporation. :) I am a beginner too --- been reasearching Wholesale Investing for 3 years now, but getting ready to take action to start!

@Raju T.Depending upon where in the U.S.A. you plan to invest and which lender/bank you approach, you may be able to use your Canadian credit rating and income tax notice of assessment:If you bank with a U.S.A. subsidiary of a Canadian bank (TD, BMO/Harris, RBC), they have programs to enable Canadians to borrow in the U.S.A. to purchase real estate.  

As a new Canadian investor in the US, can someone kindly advise me where to get all the info (mainly money owing and things I should know about a property that can get me in trouble) before bidding on an asset?
