I would try to pull a line of credit out instead of Refi since rates are high and it will limit your cash flow on the current properties.

It may help you but you may not need the expense since rent gets paid every month by direct deposit.Just to clarify here, the program we are all calling Section 8 is now called HCV, Housing Choice Voucher and HUD hires local agencies to administer the program and issue the HAP, Housing Assistance Payment.

It's a great place to look at for investment purposes since real estate there can sometimes be cheaper than looking in CDA proper (although depends on what you're looking for).
