I am super green too and know every little but what I have learned has been due to this site and all the awesome pod cast, and reading as many books as I can get my hands on (audio books while I drive).

Good to see that you have already utilized the pod casts, review some of the articles that were written in the learn library and you will be well on your way.

From one person to the next, then when all the paperwork was in, they called and said someone accidentally opened a modification file , so the account went to mod, then I had to have them re-open a short sale status file again.. finally, then one person to the next again and again.
