At first, taking the numbers at face value, the property sounded like a genuine good deal.

Be genuine and honest and open with the seller.

To a point u made above, I’m sure there are plenty of Millenials out here genuinely curious about how to make money (as I understand you were as a teenager/early adult too). 

So it just does not ring as genuine when you come on talking about how valuable your particular training is.. it may to some but to the vast majority they just blew a pretty nice wad of dough that they probably could not afford.

Actually, those tricks were not for someone who is looking to start a clean business and make money with genuine effort and hard work.I did not say much.

However, now the implicit assuming is that they are just shills, fake accounts, marketing accounts, etc. and not actual users providing genuine (positive) feedback.
