These folks are not entrepreneurs and they have no business manipulating land use regulations in order to create a viable free market for anything. 

Being an entrepreneur that I am, I saw these prices and the high demand for housing and I have made it my goal to have my first multifamily by the time I graduate college.

I truly respect you point of view and can appreciate that many who take the traditional, inwardly focused approach to inner city landlording have made good-sized profits.You drive home the point that there are at least three camps on this topic.Under certain circumstances, a landlord may chose to pivot and transcend their traditional "job" descriptions and move on to become cash flow managers, resident services agents, and entrepreneurs.

As others here have said, It was one of those bills that needed to be passed in order for us to know what is in it.......but the informed already knew.What I do enjoy about this thread is the entrepreneur spirit will find a way to succeed no matter what it must endure.

I like what I do as an Engineer, however I come from a line of entrepreneurs and I take much more satisfaction working long hours and taking an ownership in my own business than working a 9-5 with a steady paycheck from someone else.BP is a great resource and I would like to thank Josh for the wonderful job he has done.
