I feel like we keep doing this... you're presenting like 10 different scenarios in the same breath, and then missing the distinction between each one... and then thinking you're catching me in some gotcha when you're actually just missing the point I'm making.When comparing two payoff strategies that end on the same date, you compare the savings side by side, over the life of those loans, not the full 360 months.As for the rest about Hondas and whatnot, I have no idea what point you're making.

I want to scope it out and didn’t come across the distinction in my first reading of the law. 

If we have 2 distinct lists, we are trying to alternate them so every 2 weeks we have mail hitting.

Illinois law recognizes the distinction between the assignment of a right and the delegation of a duty and recognizes that an assignment can involve merely the transfer of a right.

A recent discussion with the state's lead investigator and head attorney made that distinction VERY clear.

The distinction is very important as different activities involving real estate should not be confused or lumped together by the public, or the participants.

As someone who sends a lot of mail out I find two very distinct results.Large budget with a large prospect list and great infrastructure means post cards will be your answer.

Its just like building new construction we expect to make a profit but we need to be properly licensed bonded and insured.. so the biggest rub is the non license activity and a totally unregulated activity.. now many wholesalers have their cash lined up take title resell etc and that is were the states make the distinction..
