Also make sure that what they tell you is accurate, I had a loan rep once give me inaccurate info and then change the story a day before closing - very disappointing!

Make sure to get these things in writing, because outlining clear success criteria from the outset can help prevent disappointment down the road.

My guess is that if you were to end up in court trying to recover costs for light bulbs, batteries, and scratches on the wall, you would be very disappointed with the result.You are REQUIRED to maintain working smoke/CO detectors in your units throughout the duration of a lease.

Without going into great detail, they have been a continual disappointment.

Again and again, I see the same sort of thing here on Bigger Pockets, and it's frustrating and for me, deeply disappointing.
