The danger of entering into a partnership, specifically general partnerships (just a verbal agreement,) is that if there are legal issues that exceed insurance revolving around any investor OR the property, then all can be assigned a judgment.

Way to go Cam! 

So while I am not yet financial free, all of my work now revolves around real estate. 

@Austin Fruechting, you most certainly hit the nail on the head, your freedom number doesn't have to be revolved around $ or stuff to make you happy.  

Consider also other continuing education and certificates that don't require a 4-year degree, like CAM. 

Unless otherwise specifically stated or provided, Universal Property Management will obtain and pay for all required building permits and Owner will pay assessments and charges required by public bodies and utilities for financing or repairing the cost of sewers, storm drains, water service, and other utilities including charges for sewer and storm drain reimbursement, revolving funds, hookup, and other similar charges. 

🤬Whether they argued about bills, extra cash for activities or even back to school clothes, it all revolves around the paycheck to paycheck barely getting by life cycle.

In other words, for many families, one or two bad financial months could snowball to mortgage defaults, revolving credit defaults, and a decrease in discretionary spending. 

I'm of the same notion as Jon -- if this is a shared entryway (hallway between units), then I definitely feel like that would warrant the installation of security cams.

When I want to do it because my risk tolerance is so low is when I cam afford to have the property myself so it can be more of a passion/side project if all else fails.
