We're designing and building them to intentionally have an AirBnB-able mini-unit in them ... mostly so people can afford to buy them as primary residence, get some STR income to make it more affordable, and maybe one day utilize the whole space (or not).Big difference for the community between living next to a 4 bedroom STR where groups stay and a little studio or 1bed where a couple or traveler may stay short term.
