I'll be honest and make the statement that I have absolutely no idea which markets are going to scream in value over the coming decade.

appreciate the support. ive been saving so hard for o long so I can buy my first property in almost cash, ive been starving myself, ive chosen to live in a warzone ive heard peoples screams as they have clutched there children as ive come home from school from drive bye shootings  I just cant wait. only like 8 more months or so till I can own one almost free and clear and I have a super stable rock in my life.

When the 30 days was up and our PM went to check on the property they started screaming at her that they were staying and we could not make them move.About a week latter we had a court date, we then put down a deposit with a moving company that the city works with, and after a second week or so had our hearing, running in favor of us.

However, reasonable accommodation can include a higher insurance rate.I am not saying I agree with it, but I am telling you that if you pass along an overage expense to a protected class, that will scream discrimination to a judge, regardless of your intent.

But if your inventory is low and properties in your market are selling above asking prices then this may be a screaming deal.

I can sit there and scream at a tenant that I'm going to evict them and I'm keeping all of their deposit, etc etc but that is going to motivate them even more to trash the place.

That's the way to be successful in the rental business - pinch those pennies til they scream!
