I figured that because of the Navy bases, both Bremerton and Port Angeles would be fairly stable, economically at least, with a steady need for rentals for the people who work in industries that support the military.

Hi,Newbie here trying to get into REI and looking into Connecticut.The Navy is transferring me out to Groton, CT soon and I'm planning on house hacking a multifamily.Are their any investors that have had good or bad experience in the Groton, New London area?

The 2 feet upward slope (which is 2 ft away from back of house & backdoor) is causing the water/mud from backyard to come toward the house; I have a french drain that's suppose to drain water but not the mud.

I did this with my son who is in the Navy and he had a low 700 score around 4 months after his 18th bday.Hope that helps.

@Mike LaurenziI flew helicopters for the Navy and am now an instructor at Whiting part time and invest full time.

We recently just moved from Hawaii to Maryland as I am in the Navy and she is a teacher.

It is a VA loan through Navy Federal.  

I'm in the Navy trying to get in to the business now so I'm set up when I get out.

I got one from TD and I heard that Navy federal and pentagon do them as well.
