Hi, I purchase my home and got ADT alarm for it.

But on the market level, San Diego is full 5-alarm!

Which is more likely: a thief who waits until tenants are moving out and steals only the A/C or a tenant that steals your A/C on the way out the door thinking you'll never go after them?

I would definitely figure out some type of fire alarm system and ground fault protection in areas necessary.

Don’t be alarmed or upset if you receive this number the day of closing or even an hour or two before closing.

Hopefully it has a floor drain that you could set a water alarm by and wait for the failure.

The thieves were nice enough to turn the water off on the fridge and dishwasher lines before cutting them (I had one thief who wasn't as nice and ruined about 900 sq ft of carpet when they stole my fridge).

Make sure and place alarms in sleeping areas and any place where natural gas is used in an appliance.
