Oklahoma County is completely accessible and pretty easy to navigate, others such as Cleveland and Canadian you have to call the clerk to set up a username and password but it only takes a minute and it's free, and others you have to pay a subscription to.  

for me living in the Napa valley for so many years  we are wine centric.so I like to give a wine club subscription to a little known ( to them usually) winery for the year.Lately its been little wineries I like in Walla Walla .. little known but knock out redsand when agents take me out as the seller its usually a nice dinner when I am in their town.I like to go to whatever the area is known for.

This is $39.97 a month for the basic subscription which only allows for 50 properties to analyze.

Before I purchase a subscription with them, I just wanted to know some other people's thoughts. 

All in all, we've probably spent maybe $100 on our education through audible books and paying for a spotify subscription to listen to real estate podcasts.
