I like that a lot.However, I still would not have the $$$ to purchase anything here in San Jose, CA for at least a few years and so will look at other cities semi-nearby <2hrs to begin this real estate journey.

One of my major concerns is the semi inground pool in the yard.

We have options on larger parcels in Oregon one hoping to come on line in 2025 that will be 160 houses.. and other is 120 acres that is trying to come in for semi conductor manufacturing its in Hillsboro value on that will be astronomical 200 million or so and we are in it 5 mil. .
