If the neighbor is going to cause your tenants to move out every year, and you incur the cost of repainting, etc., every year each time you turn over that place yet again, or you're dealing with constant complaining phone calls from your tenants - then it didn't turn out to be such a great deal.I've learned a lot of stuff the hard way.
