I can obviously see the thought patterns and logic with all of the opinions.

A resurfacing shouldn't be that expensive - it's just a thin slurry, assuming your existing concrete is stable, that goes over the whole thing, and you can have a pattern stamped into it and have it stained at the same time.  

Install them in a pattern (Unify). 

If you see a pattern (which is common) of distress within the units then it's easy to multiply across unit types.  

It's just the pattern of how life works.

That means you can buy another fourplex in 34 months (month 197).Continuing on with that pattern...Purchase 1 fourplex in months 223, 243, 260, 274, 287, 298, 308, 317, 326, 341, 347, 353, and 359.

I don’t know how to resolve this situation.Normally when we are doing tile projects we require a sketch confirming which tiles go where, what sort of pattern, etc. as otherwise things like this can happen. 

If you look at the numbers for mid-late March of 2018 & 2019, we see a similar pattern to what is developing in 2020.

Hoping to continue that same growth pattern for a little while longer.
