I would be partnering with a an experienced developer as joint venture so not only will I have a mentor, but I will be able to learn the ropes along side of a seasoned professional.

Hi Everyone, I'm looking at investing alongside some family members in a rather large deal in PA.

We started out a little over 2 years ago joining different general partnership teams and helping to raise capital, do due diligence, manage investor relations and paperwork, etc.Through those partnerships, we've been able to grow our investor base, help hundreds of investors invest alongside us, and close 25 deals in the last 2 years.Since you're learning a lot, I'd also recommend starting to share what you're learning with friends and family through organic conversations, posting on social media, and starting a blog.

For the Riviera Maya, the days that you could get 8 - 12% are gone, alongside with the pandemic.

It’s a very rewarding process but there have been no shortage of hiccups along the way.  

His job is to get people to invest along side him.   

I know very little about the area, but hopefully can get this house renovated and sold without too many hiccups!

Good thing he didn't stay just because of that hiccup.

I would assume once you have worked along side a good GC that you could eventually let him/her handle things with less supervision but until then???

I don't know where to start especially when it comes to wholesaling and I want to start as soon as possible and i would like to do it with no hiccups.
