I am not afraid of being an entrepreneur as I have been one all my life, I just feel this is the time for me to take my experience and put it to better use that will net me freedom to spend my time in a manner that would net me more satisfaction.I am ready to take the leap!

I'm an entrepreneur at heart, could not stomach my first professional job out of college.

They should suggest classes on being an entrepreneur (they cost about 35-55 per class subject course in my area).  

Maybe try something like "Real Estate Entrepreneur".Also, I'd print two types of cards.

York had a lot of issues a few years ago, and still does, but something that really helped York revitalization was a group called Downtown Inc -- basically a non profit dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs and developers in York city.

Mark Kohler, a partner in both firms, has a podcast that provides great tax and legal education and these firms are uniquely suited to serve entrepreneurs, and especially real estate investors. 

Many unsuccessful entrepreneurs use accounting for taxes only.
