I have no idea how you could control for that, unless it was a double-blind test where everyone involved doesn't know what variables are being tested.... it would probably be pretty dang obvious to the actors what the experiment is about, and out of work actors (who presumably aren't Tony-level or Academy Awards-level in their acting quite yet) have been known to appreciate, ahem, being 'dramatic' while in character.

Unfortunately, I do not have any referrals in Weehawken, NJ.DSCR is only about 1% higher in rate than conventional (less so with perfect credit) so even with that option, you would not be dramatically more expensive than it currently is.Hope this helps!
