Would also like to hear about anything that you used but hated it and why.I currently use the following -Cozy - Property management tool - love the streamlined process of application, background & credit checks and automatic rent payment setup.Zillow - good tool for research when buying and for listing when renting. 

These platforms include RentRedi, Stessa, Avail, Innago, Apartments.com (formerly Cozy), and TenantCloud.  

I think you might be thinking of another service, Cozy perhaps?

We receive payments online via Cozy and I am entering our payments received into Quickbooks to finish the year.

I will try to be as forward as possible in my questions to save her the $39.99 on Cozy - and she knew my standards when applying.

Toying with it now, been using Cozy.. but not thrilled with lack of expesense and other things.Setup one main corp, in Wave (our holding corp) and have setup a reoccuring invoice, to a customer (tenet) of the property.

He is set up on Cozy with me for payment of the rent.

I'm using Cozy.

That's not our customers' problem, but it's a reality we could not continue to ignore.Even with the increase, though, we believe Buildium is still a great value when compared with other comprehensive solutions that include accounting, e-payments, tenant screening, rental listing syndication, maintenance, and other integrated services.I know there are other options like Cozy and Rentalutions, but I don't know them well enough to recommend them.Please let me know if anyone finds a less expensive option that meets their needs.
