I've been contemplating this idea in my head for a few weeks now so I figured I'd take it to you guys.I bought my first property this past August; a 3-unit in Massachusetts.

Though I have the funds to cover a long vacancy the experience I have had with so many unqualified prospects has been draining and demoralizing, which got me contemplating the possibility of selling.

I've been primarily focusing on Tired Land Lords, and am contemplating additional marketing channels.Thanks @Jack Lander for the post and positive gesture in supporting the community! 

What are you contemplating?

This is where I'm still contemplating on whether I should pursue my own CPA license OR simply hire a CPA when tax time comes.

The reason why I am contemplating this is that by now we have replaced almost everything except for the plumbing, and we have a very good long term tenant.Other creative strategies that you can think of?
