At the end of the day, if you really love real estate, you can keep doing it full-time.

Parts of Baltimore are improving but it will be a long time before a lot of Baltimore lives up to its "Charm City" nickname. 

The community and house have so much charm and my parent's live in the community and have no issues with the association.
