@Blanchard J Rossthe feds are not the problem.. the states that follow the DF are the problem and if your in a state that does your attitude will soon put you out of bizz  LOL..

His attitude is distastful, which gave me a lot of doubts.

It’s all about your attitude, determination and financial education.

Recently my spouse discovered the first floor tenants are using our machines and were incredibly disrespectful when speaking about her while explaining to me their side of the story, stating she "had an attitude", though she was simply reminding them that they should be using their own washer and dryer.

To understand that, talk to a local RE attorney who knows of that judge who can tell you how s/he is likely to react in your strategy, no one on the internet can tell you what is acceptable locally.I was interviewing an attorney in NC for a REI Student of mine recently, and I wanted to know what the local attitude of lease with option was locally in the Raliegh area.She said the local attitude was the judges hated lease options there, and the local laws were not conducive to evicting non paying lease w option tenants, and it was pro tenant, anti landlord - seller. 

You will almost never get a great quality job for a fair price...The dismissive attitude and name-calling isn't lending credibility to your response or to contractors in general, but I'll take what you said into consideration.

Fresh paint and a thorough scrubbing go a long way, more so than most amenities.That first tenant was a superb housekeeper but her attitude was strictly "I'm entitled".

I'M looking for folks with an attitude of gratitude that give back.    

No real aha moment just a confidence boost to my young self with a “I am capable of accomplishing whatever I want to accomplish” attitude 😁.

It's also people like you with a bad, sarcastic attitude that discourage newer investors like me from asking questions for fear that we're constantly being judged for our ignorance.
