Hello, I'm finally getting settled into the DMV area after moving here from north western PA since graduation and I'm beginning to find a routine with my new job as well. 

Good evening Hope all is well looking to get some feedback or reviews on these two companies Net Worth Realty and New Western Acquisitions .

The two primary players are North American Savings Bank in MO and First Western Federal Savings in SD.  

I would think the whole western Michigan relies on tourism.  

It seems San Diego, Orange county, southern CA area and parts of the western US is experiencing a number of commercial tenants collapse or near bankruptcy such Fresh and Easy, Sport Authority, Sport Chalet, Toys-R-US and more it's getting ugly for some commercial investors. 

Frederick County which physically adjoins western Howard County is a much better play than Montgomery County, as well. 

A lot of credit can be given to the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University! 

No money down sounds good to me. lolMy family also has a piece of land in West Rogers Park near Devon and Western where a restaurant burned the building down back in 2007.
