Please confirm with your bank that they are presenting the ACH Debit CCD Entry Detail Record, typically found on your statements within a Transaction Details type section.

Good luck getting a tenant to pay a 2.7% fee to use a debit or credit card on top of their rent. 

Any evictions 3-10 years old, I might consider with either a substantial security deposit or prepaid rent. 

I am sorry for my ignorance because I haven't all the comments, but can't you just send payment to owner via electronic debit or bill pay type function.  

If they use a debit/credit/gift card, then there is a 2.75% fee.  

Most people don't base their entire decision on the SmartMove recommendation as you should take into consideration their payment history, number of tradelines, outstanding debit, etc. in my opinion.  

Eventually it stops tweaking and the request expires.The tenant just has to link their bank account with yours, by entering their debit card number.  

Stop using debit cards, only use a credit card and pay off monthly.

I know if a debit card is stolen and used, the bank usually refunds the account right away.
