Why are car seats so tight to the console that I have to get out to retrieve that french fry that fell down there? 

Some points :#1 Currently the number of 100% WFH in bay area has reduced drastically, I bet 60% of previous 100% WFH is now becoming work from home 2x/3x a week OR get fried, so this 100% WFH is no longer significant factor driving up the home price.#2 Currently bond market is at -5 Std Dev, meaning the ultimate low for bond is here.

@Matt ShieldsOh, how well do I know the stink that still haunts your dreams, Matt...Back in the days when I did basic property management and provided handyman services as a sideline for a friend in the business, a tenant once left 15 pounds in plastic-wrapped logs of frozen ground turkey in in a side-by-side fridge and freezer and moved out.

In your part of the country, there are quite often issues with the plasticity of the soils which will require much more substantial amounts of concrete for footer and foundations.

I’ve dealt with several cultures who keep frying oil in the apartment  in gallon containers.

It can be hard for us small fries with limited experience and even smaller bank accounts to play in this sandbox right now, so going back to working those pre-foreclosure lists is getting more important as little guys get out-priced at auctions.

Everyone who matters, and plenty of people who don't, already go to either Shawn's clubs (the last Wed and Fri of the month in Anaheim and Tustin respectively) and/or Kaaren's club (I've been to that one once and I think it's on Thu night's and I know it is in Costa Mesa).Shawn's format is cool because he interviews the speaker and you get some interactivity with the Q&A.
