I'm assuming that is a yes.If you do not have much experience placing tenants and no offense but it sounds like you don't, I would hire someone who does.

@Sumana PotluruNo offense, but "point of view" has nothing to do with someones worth, It has to do with the value they bring to the table.. you are asking a Broker to find you a property that is not on the market and when he does find it, find it at a price YOU can make money on it or be able to increase its value so that YOU can make money.

No offense Alan but this post doesn't make any sense. 

I am going to make some generalizations here, and they are going to be sweeping, don't take offense if you fit into some other category.
