The FCA definitely has a way for an investor to demonstrated that they are a Sophisticated Investor (UK's label for accredited) if the investor has been active with unregistered securities. 

I’ve seen expensive markets label them something else, sleeping area maybe?

Also,be careful with the silent partner label.

I’m not an expert on this matter, but I don’t think those labels are 100% accurate..so I think it’s possible properties can get this label and not actually be in this status, or maybe it’s a label that’s been stuck in the property from before she inherited it.You’ve already checked taxes and mortgages.

My condo currently has all of its financials handled in a specific personal account labeled "Business Checking', and I'm in the process of opening an official business account for the LLC company.

It takes the same ingredients to do this full time as it does anything else.

So, consider other labels that focus on benefits to the person with the problem.
