Both us and the buyer have called the city to try and make amends and get this compliance plan set, but this is the first time I've gotten a letter like this, and it freaked me out a bit.  

I am surprised your agent is not providing you with ones. estoppel certificates are needed in addition to the lease agreements, because it tells you e.g. which personal property belongs to the landlord or tenant, whether the rent has been paid, whether there are any amendments to the lease, etc. 

Some have standard leasing forms and you can add amendments. 

I guess I should amend my post to include 'gals' along with guys. 

(operative) Section 65852.2 of the Government Code is amended to read:65852.2.

That would require a vote of all owners and an amendment to the CC&R's. 

Perhaps now may be an ideal time to consider an amendment to the agreement, before proceeding further.Thank you!

I am doing it this way as the LLC is not completely formed (need to amend the formation documents and operating agreement to change from a single member LLC to multi-member).
