You could also get a co-signer if you don't make enough.

I did look at partnering with a co-host, but there are some liability and redundancy benefits that come from having an insured company with multiple people on staff.

If you were to explore this I would suggest:1) requiring a larger security deposit.2) Asking to be included as a Co-Host on Airbnb so you have a pulse on what is going on.3) Ask for a percentage of rents (maybe 10-20%). 

If you have a trusted family or friend that is interested, you can make them a co-host so they can see the calendar live and also reply to guests if needed.

In my experience in order to qualify the property must have a CO. 

If you have the type of job where you cannot use your phone, it sounds like you will need at the minimum a co-host and possibly some property management.
