@Jason MarinoSo I would be putting ownership into the holding companies name but renting out through the management company or leasing to to management as as the asset management company which would pay the mortgage.And the management company would be handling upkeep and renting out the assets while paying a bill to the holding company.

This is an avenue to turn to to avoid these loanshark type charges.Please let me say that you are incorrect in your statements.
