I sometimes doubt my plan because so many investors present leveraging to buy more units as if it's the only option, and to do anything else (like, gulp, paying off my mortgages early and completely) is cause for headscratching, wailing and gnashing of teeth.

As easy as this sounds, it's not simple and usually like pulling teeth.
