Hi Mark,There is always a battle going on inside my head that is resistant to growth and change. 

One person mentioned adding sand with the epoxy mix to add slip resistance, but I've walked bare foot on enough Non-Skid (paint and sand mixture) to know that I wouldn't want that inside my house.

You'll need to purchase insurance in your name with the LLC as an additional party insured, and you might find run into some resistance finding an insurance company that will cover LLCs as a 2nd insured.

I don't want to be rehabber/flipper but if there is a deal that I can't resist I might become one for it. 

They definitely would need some type of exterior cladding that is heat resistant. 

If you're wanting to develop what is now a public soccer field you can expect a significant resistance and NIMBY response. 

If you want floors that will handle a fire or allow for one unit to go up and have any chance of saving the adjacent unit you will need to look into building fire rated assemblies where the majority of their resistance to catching fire is based on the materials that face the framing ie. gypsum board. 

Personally I have been trading a few select stocks as they reach pretty predictable support and resistance levels.

And unless like you pointed out the fed raises interest rate which there are tons of reasons I think that is unlikely at a dramatic level like in the 1980’s than inflation is going to continue particularly for asset as anyone that understands what happening is going to run to things that have inflation resistant value or that they think will.

They will resist this.
