Hey @Robert Fry I've been house hacking for a few years just north of Boston and it's been a game changer. 100% recommend it to all newbies.

They don't have frat parties in Germany, China or Brazil with people drinking beer from red plastic cups on the front lawn of a 5000 SF frat house.
