DO NOT CARRY ONE if you are not comfortable using the gun if you have to point at someone, because most likely they will use one against you, specially in eastern coast states when the guys on the streets that have gust are, I assume, expert in dealing with people way worst than you or me.  

Adding this kind of caveat to an already competitive, seller's market in Eastern Idaho - and everywhere - doesn't sound like a great idea to me. 

When I first lived in the phoenix area in the mid-80s I was really surprized by the amount of grass and eastern landscape there was.

On a side note, I did hear the eastern headquarters for In-N-Out will be in Franklin.

We live in an area called The Eastern Shore that is just east of Mobile.

The MSA includes 17 counties and includes northern Mississippi counties and eastern Arkansas and a few other Western Tennessee counties.

I could see prices crashing down there.My Eastern-most investment is Atlanta and Western-most is Phoenix, with a huge center of gravity pretty close to the center of the country. 

North Eastern Pennsylvania is a very interesting place for real estate investment due to the diverse market and wide price swinges for inventory both in the acquiring and selling aspects.
