One will fit if you did "this" in school...one will fit "this" type of a doctor better...but most of them are trying to solve for certain things - like if you are just being paid 1099 right out of college or if your student loans count against you too much.  

Kind of like how a general medical doctor probably doesn't know how to do laser eye surgery, and has no reason to.

Nurses are doctors are the true heroes right now so I make sure to have a welcome basket for them (a six pack of beer, bottle of wine, snacks etc) when they arrive.
