Because of all of his threats and accusations I  should not give him the notice because the judge will view my actions as retaliatory.

As for seller's disclosure of property condition.....In Texas it's not required to give property condition disclosures to tenants unless there's something that's considered an immediate threat to one's health.

I don't Ever believe in giving in to threats.  

I am fearful that my tenant is willing to act on his threats. the threats are current and are happening because I’m evicting him
