I am using a Trust for my property. 

Currently I am using Zillow but plan on switching to Zelle in the future so I don't have to wait for the money, the 5 days isn't a  killer to me but it is annoying to wait for the deposit and Zelle has no clawback.  

I am using Stessa to do the bookkeeping and keeping record of every business transaction happening through my business or personal bank accounts and credit cards.

I am using the day today to finish mapping out the neighborhoods I think would be good to invest in and then I am going to drive these areas tomorrow to get a better feel for them. 

So now I'm am using a new loan officer because the old one isn't licensed in Ms. 

Looking for some advice as I am using a heloc to buy and rehab a property.

I am using Innago, and I cannot recommend it enough.

I am using agencies and get plenty of showings.

I am using and am  now actually affiliated with a Company Called PayClix  For online rent payments fir your renters or lot rents .You can check them out on line .They have an Exclusive Accept or Reject Technology So you are in total control of the Payments You can Reject a Partial Payment so you are not stuck for 30 days or have to deal with 3 day notices or start Evictions .They can Do Pet Fees ,Security Deposits ,Pay any Service technicians ,Golf memberships ETC.They connect to your Existing Accounting system for a seamless integration.And are in the Process of building a Module Specifically for Mobile Home Parks .I have Managed Mobile Home Parks for years and Am still woking with a Gentleman who buys and sells them  .

I am using the "lease package" for Minnesota offered in the TOOLS tab of BP.com -- the lease refers to information & disclsoures on lead-based paint that need to be provided to the tenant with the lease, and I was able to find those documents online.
