We focus mostly in the Southeast and do some in the midwest.So my direct answer is I have never personally dealt with that and I avoid it by staying far clear of it lol.

I understand there is a great opportunity to buy condos, renovate them for sale and resell them ( mainly to expats)  is there anyone out there working in Malaysia or South East Asia?
