The University of Massachusetts at Lowell brings vitality and reputation to the town, the National Historical Park brings further connectivity to its past while the Merrimack and Concord Rivers provides sporting opportunities as well.

Otherwise I would have had to pay CA taxes on any profit.So, even though TN does not have state taxes, except for limited taxes on things like stocks/bonds/private interest, if I would have made a profit in CA it would have been taxed by CA as CA taxes income when it is sourced from CA.And CA is aggressive and even go after professional sports people for the % of their salary based on the games/tournaments played in CA.Are there other states that tax non-residents for source income/profit?

I did my Phd on sports agents and manly explored contract law.

Has anyone worked with Mike D'Arrigo and Pinnacle Investment Properties, specifically in Kansas City?

All major sports teams are downtown now which just a year ago Pistons were in Auburn Hills (entertainment).

As an aside, I've heard good things about Pinnacle Mike, and I have no doubt you guys are one of the good ones.

So West LA, Santa Monica, westside are considered the pinnacle for that.

We get bookings for NASCAR, outdoors, sports tournaments, and a growing number of people traveling for work or renting mid term while trying to find a house. 

I think Worcester has a ton going for it including a ton of schools, hospitals, biotech companies, sports teams, and the population is fast growing.
