Spending money on workshops, association memberships, subscriptions to RE websites (like foreclosure.com for example), etcetera is dependent upon the person doing it.  

I would think the FED is as close to independent as we can get since they are not driven by clicks, ADs, or Subscriptions. 3) "Burn of the economy", we should of been in QT for a long time now and raising rates back in 2018.

FWIW, we don't have any subscriptions except $2.99/mo for iCloud for our documents, and Amazon Prime.

I've "heard" that the website propellio can do it but don't quote me, plus it's a subscription based site.

I have access to a few vendors within my organization that provide paid subscriptions for accessing this data.  

Most of these county sites require membership or subscription to access actual deed and mortgage images however.

with the only caveat being that you need to use the paid subscription, which shows you the actual comps it's using to come up with the projections.

This could be an annual subscription service where you have a pre-approved, real-time stamped approval to share with any STR, MTR, and LTR that can be shared across all platforms.
