If a 30 year old is working a job they hate, eating beans & rice daily, & living cheaply in the ghetto, just to be able to quit their job in 5 years....I cant possible see how this is living a more satisfying life than finding a job you enjoy & brings you satisfaction.

Even if you advocate and petition others to contribute to a cause you care about, you can reach more people and raise more money if you have more of your own funds available to deploy towards this effort.So my measuring stick is this: I want enough money to where I have 100% control of my schedule, 100% of the time.

They are "sticky" and I mean that in a good way because by "sticky" I mean they "stick" with a property more so then cash tenants, which leads to less turnover.5.
